As the Cloud Automation and DevOps Lead you will be ensuring business and technical services requirements are correctly interpreted to verify service design, build and transition into ETS operational support. This role will see you inspire and develop a high performing technical team to provide best in class cloud platform services.

This is a full-time permanent role.

What will you be doing?
- Coordinating platform management activities to ensure critical business services availability, capacity planning and business continuity support.
- Rationalization of the digital estate and improve consistency through automation.
- Curate a catalogue of automations and templates to ensure policy adoption, security, and consistency.
- Mentoring, guiding, and leading other DevOps, Cloud and Software Engineers.
- Respectfully challenge "the way it's always been done" and constructively and pragmatically influence stakeholders to achieve better member outcomes.

What are we looking for in you?
- Expertise in any cloud platform with a special emphasis on DevOps and automation.
- Technical certifications in cloud architecture or cloud native technologies are desirable.
- A desire to accelerate business change and remove traditional IT roadblocks.
- Knowledge about Agile ways of working and adopting techniques to make workflows.
- A growth mindset or openness to changing the way IT operates today.
