Cloud Devops Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Devops Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux operations, software engineering, and product development.

About the Role:
  • Lead daily agile devops practices for cloud-based applications.
  • Represent the team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive internal projects related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Mentor engineers to improve their skills in cloud management.
  • Identify and measure team health indicators for efficient cloud operations.
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes for cloud-based services.
  • Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables for cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience of software delivery using infrastructure as code for cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality for cloud-based applications.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems in the cloud.
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies, including cloud migration strategies.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Ubuntu system administration for cloud environments.
  • Experience working in and managing distributed teams across different time zones.
