We are seeking an experienced Lead Cloud Engineer to guide a team of three talented engineers, delivering robust and scalable solutions using both AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of three cloud engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
  • Manage containerized environments with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell or Python.
  • Ensure best practices in cloud security, networking, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a cloud environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with both AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment automation.
  • Solid background in containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in high-performance distributed systems or financial services environments is a plus.
