Senior Change Analyst – QLD State Government AgencyWe are partnering with a major Queensland State Government agency undertaking significant transformation across portfolio and financial management.
They are seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of a 6-month extension.Key Details:Contract: 3 months (1 October – 31 December 2025), with 6-month extension optionLocation: Brisbane CBD – Hybrid modelRates: Up to $93.08/hr + SuperClosing Date: Monday, 1 September 2025The RoleThe Senior Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting a large transformation program focused on uplifting maturity in portfolio management, financial management, asset management, contract management and digital enablement.This is a hands-on role working closely with project teams, consultants and stakeholders to coordinate and deliver change activities that drive adoption, build readiness, and embed new ways of working across a complex and evolving environment.Responsibilities include:Supporting the development and delivery of change strategies and implementation plansCoordinating and tracking change activities, timelines and deliverablesPreparing and maintaining stakeholder maps, impact assessments, readiness checklistsAssisting with stakeholder engagement planning, presentations and briefing materialsDrafting communications (FAQs, updates, newsletters) and coordinating training activitiesFacilitating and documenting change impact assessments with input from SMEs and project teamsMonitoring business readiness indicators and reporting on progress to governance forumsSupporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activitiesSkills and Experience required:Demonstrated experience in business transformation and organisational change projects, ideally within government or large/complex organisationsExperience with and/or certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging materialsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesGrowth mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous, evolving environmentsHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this role, please submit your updated CV along with a tailored capability statement outlining your suitability against the responsibilities and requirements.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchTo help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.
