Salary:

  • $950 - $1050 p/day (depending on experience)

Location:

  • Ideally Brisbane but open to interstate + 4 days WFH

About the Role

This Change Analyst will support a significant transformation within the Investments portfolio, specifically the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System. You'll work across the investment lifecycle (from front office portfolio managers to back office operations) to assess impacts, develop communication and training materials, and track readiness activities.

You'll work closely with a Senior Change Manager who will guide the strategy while you help deliver the day-to-day change components.

Key Duties
  • Support the execution of change plans, training, and communication activities
  • Assist with stakeholder analysis and impact assessments across the investment life cycle
  • Create role-based training guides, communications, and SharePoint content
  • Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and engagement feedback
  • Support business cut over and go-live activities
Skills and Experience
  • Essential: Currently working in a change management role (Change Analyst or Change Manager)
  • Essential: Background in investments, funds management, trading operations, or related financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle (front, middle, and back office)
  • Exposure to portfolio management or trading platforms such as SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, or Calypso is highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with ability to translate technical impacts into clear messaging
  • Previous experience supporting system implementations or large-scale transformation programs
