**What are we looking for?** This role is for an
**experienced Healthcare Recruiter. **Over East, healthcare is one of our most successful industries, and we want to replicate this in Perth. Therefore, it will be a new desk, but heavily supported and guided by the Eastern Dash Group team.

So, most importantly,

- We don't have salary banding, so it's open to negotiation depending on experience; 85k ++ bracket (+/- on experience)
- 35% - 50% commission on both contract and permanent positions
- Likely an almost overly-generous sign on bonus (to be negotiated)
- The chance to work with a smaller, expanding agency and actually make a difference
- Take direction of your own Healthcare desk and grow it accordingly
- No KPI's or micromanagement, autonomy is important to us
