Job Title: Recruitment Strategy Manager

Taking the lead in implementing and maintaining a best-practice recruitment service, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused, proactive, and streamlined service to all new potential hires and hiring managers. Your role will involve implementing strategies that support a proactive and responsive recruitment service.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have come from a background in recruitment and have strong experience in leading recruitment teams. You should have initiated innovative recruitment methodologies and have knowledge of best practice recruitment methods. Additionally, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
