Description

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals to enhance business growth
  • Analyze market trends and apply strategic thinking to create effective recruitment strategies
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top-tier candidates that align with client goals

Profile

  • Experience in Recruitment (Agency or Internal) would be advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident managing clients expectations and resolving issues promptly
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems and tools
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive solutions focused mindset
