As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for a** Recruitment Team Leader **to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar fixed plant division. Located in the heart of Perth CBD close to public transport.

This role will be ideal for someone who is a Senior Recruiter Specialist looking to take a step further and manage a small team of recruiters or continue and grow their Team Leader career. The recruiters that you will be assisting and managing, specialise in the fixed plant ongoing FIFO rosters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of recruiters for fixed plant mining and manufacturing FIFO roles
- Support the team through advising on availability of roles
- Conduct weekly linkups with the team
- Run your own desk of filling and recruiting for blue-collar roles
- Conduct Business Develpoment calls to expand the cliental portal
- site visits with existing and upcoming clients
- Account management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in agency recruitment (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in managing a team of recruiters (not essential but highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude (essential)
- Career Driven
- Australian work rights and currently residing in Perth, Western Australia
