About the Role
As the Manager Clinical Administration you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and efficient, effective delivery of administration services. The role will provide innovative, value adding support and workforce solutions for clinical administrative staff to enhance the outcomes of Toowoomba Hospital. You will have demonstrated ability in change management and continual improvement of administrative services. You will have advanced interpersonal abilities including consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
