Podiatry Team Leader Opportunity

Our podiatry clinic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinic's administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, data entry, and patient billing.
  • Supervise a team of podiatrists and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including infection control processes and sterilization of instruments.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
