Job Title:

Uniformed Security Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Uniformed Security Officer to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring areas of the casino and hotel complex, ensuring excellent guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor areas of the casino and hotel complex to ensure guest safety and security
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports on security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with Federal and Territory legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Security License or Crowd Control License issued by the NT Government
  • Certificates in First Aid and CPR, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Service of Gambling
  • A strong understanding of Federal and Territory legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
