The role
Knight Frank Australia are looking for two Junior Analyst Programmers to provide various levels of support for KF IT & wider business.
You will be required to call upon your relationship management skills to proactively assist with continuing improvements in our existing and bespoke software.
We are looking for someone with great understanding of customer serviceability and technical understanding.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of Knight Frank Australia systems.
- Write, test, and maintain code
- Resolve user queries and system issues via the open incidents system.
- Ensure coding contributions are delivered to and within Knight Frank Australia development framework and deployment process.
- Write and test reports using Knight Frank nominated tools and solutions.
- Conduct development quality tests

Who are we looking for?
- Experience delivering and maintaining web enabled solutions
- Knowledge of C variant programming languages. C# / Core.Net experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service focused
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Exposure / knowledge of accounting / fin tech would be advantageous.
