We are currently a seeking a **Programmer Analyst** to work as part of Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (ANZSP) IT&DA team based in our Brisbane office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day third level support of IT systems by facilitating access, deploying requirements, enhancements, extensions, root cause analysis and associated processes.
- Establishing a level of professional knowledge of the Collaboration systems in a reasonable period that can be used and relied upon in support of business requirements.
- Developing, preparing and maintaining technical documentation for assigned area of responsibility
- Performing work of similar nature in other areas of the company when operational needs dictate.
- Out-of-hours on-call availability in support of weekly and monthly internal/external Business Management key activities.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information technology and/or industry experience
- Awareness of ITIL practices
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Suite of Products, including but not exclusive to, JIRA and Confluence
- Awareness of Microsoft SharePoint environments and site management.
- Report writing and process management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of system administration.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Able to work effectively within a group environment and with people across all organizational levels
- Ability to obtain/retain Defence Security clearance.

**Desirable skills could include**:

- Certification or knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Project co-ordination and/or project management skills
- Exposure to SharePoint and related Office products
- Exposure to Azure DevOps
