We have an exciting role available for a CRM and Loyalty Manager to join the Seafolly team Reporting to the Head of Digital and Ecommerce you will drive the omni-channel strategy to achieve sales targets, customer acquisition and retention through the management and continuous improvement of the Loyalty programme and EDM channels across all Seafolly & Jets domestic and international websites.

JETS is a global, luxury resort lifestyle brand founded and operated in Australia. Inspired by confidence and elegance, JETS is internationally renowned for style, attention to detail and sophisticated utility.

**The Role**:

- Creating segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalised communications at key stages of the customer lifecycle
- Continuously reviewing Automated Trigger and Customer Journey campaigns to improve ROI
- Delivering acquisition strategies to continuously drive recruitment
- Fostering customer advocacy and member revenue through the loyalty program
- Creating and delivering detailed channel analysis and campaign performance reports

**You will have**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced retail business
- Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar enterprise-level platforms
- Passion for delivering innovative communication that embeds brand identity and unique selling points
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Proven experience in delivering SMS strategy
