How You'll Make an Impact

As the Platform Owner Salesforce, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer experiences across AMP's digital ecosystem. You'll drive the strategic vision and roadmap for our Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre platforms, directly influencing how thousands of customers and employees interact with our services daily. Your leadership will shape the delivery of reliable, innovative CRM solutions that enhance user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and performance. Working at the intersection of technology and business strategy, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all of AMP's business units, ensuring our CRM platforms not only meet today's needs but anticipate tomorrow's opportunities. Your expertise in agile delivery and design thinking will enable rapid, low-risk deployments that keep AMP competitive in the evolving financial services landscape.

What You Will Bring to the Role

You'll bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with proven experience in CRM technologies, particularly Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms. Your background will demonstrate successful end-to-end programme delivery using matrixed teams, combined with deep understanding of agile and ITIL practices. As a natural leader and mentor, you'll have experience managing teams of 8-12 people while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels. Your passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI capabilities like Salesforce Agentforce, will drive continuous innovation. Most importantly, you'll be autonomous, collaborative, and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative environment.
