Service Stream's Telecommunication division are currently seeking a Project Scheduler to join our growing team.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Flexible - Can be based in Brisbane or Sydney

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will assist the delivery teams to ensure efficient scheduling and programming of workers maximising field and other resources. You will also assist the delivery teams to undertake the planning and delivery of projects or parts of projects under contract for customers, ensuring that time, scope, costs, safety, and quality objectives are met.

In this role you will also be responsible for the following:

- Plan and manage assigned projects from initiation through to project closure.
- Project documentation.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of plans, reports, charts, and schedules.
- Compiling and updating databases and records to provide accurate information for decision making.
- Guide and support team members to ensure team members are adequately resourced to perform.
- Schedule Field Teams to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, safety, cost, quality and compliance.
- Review the status of project activities on a regular basis to ensure that activities are completed on time.
- Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions to deal with performance deviations.
- Ensure that project job status and associated costs are captured.

About You
- Valid driver's license.
- Trade-related qualification or industry experience with scheduling technical works.
- Experience in scheduling an internal workforce to a wide range of projects.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a Telecommunications environment (highly desirable).
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to cope with a 'live' environment.
