Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, reviewing and managing schedules using contemporary scheduling systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (or equivalent).
  • Collaborate with supervisors and training teams to schedule apprentices for competency achievement.
  • Maintain accurate project dashboards and provide regular reporting on schedules and resource utilization.
  • Consult with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues and escalate where required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, ideally within construction or large project environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
