**About The Role**:
We are on the hunt for motivated sales people - Working with an experienced manager and motivated team, you will:

- Establish the customers' needs through compelling questions, providing energy options that suit their specific goals
- Demonstrate your resilience & motivation, making outbound sales calls.
- Educate customers on the energy product sets, retailers, pricing and offers
- Embrace our compliance culture and ensure a strong understanding of Energy regulations
- Deliver a positive customer experience and successfully refer Energy customers into other Compare Your Bills verticals including Health, Broadband, etc
- Build rapport & ensure our customers have an excellent consumer experience

About You:

- Prior sales experience preferred
- Motivated to learn & build your sales skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline & convert leads to sales
- A strong desire to be part of a high performing team & culture, earn great commission while you grow & learn
- Passionate, collaborative, self motivated & driven to perform
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well
- informed decisions
- We're looking for good learning agility as we support you with industry leading coaching
- You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where we're all about constant personal & business growth

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
