Energy Sales Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Energy Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of everything we do - working with customers to ensure their utility needs are met.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll proactively support new and existing customers with sales activity, including win-back, cross-sell, and move and acquisitions.
Your duties will include guiding customers through the retention, acquisition and move journey, ensuring utility needs are met while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You'll have a clear focus on delivering and improving the customer experience, demonstrating real concern for the customer.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Demonstrated ability to use sound commercial judgement to improve customer experiences
- Be a lateral thinker, thinking for themselves, their team, and the business
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
