**About The Role**:
While Compare Club already helps thousands of everyday Australians save money & get better coverage across a whole bunch of products like Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Mortgages just to name a few, and opened our new Energy comparison division a few weeks and are already looking to grow the team We are on the hunt for experienced
**Energy**
**Sales professionals** with strong experience & performance in outbound Energy sales; you bring the energy, we provide the leads and industry leading training
**Key Objectives**:
- Establish the customers' needs through compelling questions, and providing Energy options that suit their specific goals
- You are resilient & motivated, with the capacity & drive to make various consecutive calls in this outbound sales role
- Understand and educate customers on the energy product sets, retailers, pricing and offers
- Embrace compliance culture and ensure a strong understanding of Energy regulations
- Deliver a positive customer experience and successfully refer Energy customers into other Compare Club verticals including Health, Life and Home Loans etc
- Building rapport & ensure our customers have an excellent consumer experience
**About You**:
- Minimum of 1 year Energy Sales experience
- 3+ years of high performance outbound sales experience overall
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline & convert leads to sales
- A strong desire to be part of a high performing team & culture, earn great commission while you grow & learn

- Passionate & collaborative, self motivated & driven to perform
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well-informed decisions
