**About you**
We are looking for an experienced Lawyer or Associate with approximately 2 - 4 years' experience to join our growing Disputes & Investigations group.
You will enjoy working collaboratively with other groups across our Sydney and interstate offices and be comfortable working autonomously on matters.

**Your role**
The Disputes & Investigations group covers all aspects of general commercial litigation and financial regulatory matters as well as dispute resolution. Working closely with partners across our Melbourne and interstate offices, you would be joining a dynamic, experienced and highly reputable team, with an existing portfolio of a diverse range of clients and matters, ranging from advising ASX listed companies, financial institutions, corporate regulators and medium to large corporates on a variety of contentious issues including:

- commercial and contractual disputes;
- financial services disputes;
- negligence claims;
- allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct;
- regulatory matters;
- disputes concerning directors/shareholders; and
- property (real and intellectual) and construction disputes.

The team has a particular interest in complex, large scale disputes that involve reputational risk.
