We're seeking a dedicated professional to help deliver exceptional customer service and smooth service operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage bookings, handle overflow calls, and assist clients as a Service Concierge.
Process repair orders, ensure data accuracy, and add value-added services.
Communicate proactively with clients about appointments, parts, and repairs.
Greet clients professionally, conduct vehicle inspections, and document concerns.
Promote sales of parts, accessories, and services.
Coordinate with the workshop team on repair progress and timelines.
Schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and reconcile invoices.
Collect payments, maintain client records, and follow handover procedures.
Support warranty processes and assist during busy periods.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong admin, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and follow through.
Automotive administration experience is a plus.
Performance Goals:
