**The Sales Coordinator Team Leader's responsibilities include**:

- Enhancing team members' efficiency.
- Addressing team members' specific needs.
- Driving consistent performance and progress.
- Assisting Account Managers in preparing accurate quotes.
- Nurturing relationships with customers.
- Ensuring the Coordinator team responds to inquiries promptly.
- Providing updates on delivery to customers.
- Initiating service calls when necessary.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**
- Provide support for nominated customer account.
- Respond to enquiries from customers in the Account Managers absence.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers.
- Assist Account Manager in the preparation of customer proposals and quotes (quoting off standard basic plans).
- Raise credits, services and stock transfers.
- Liaise with the estimating team and provide support where necessary.
- Advise delivery and service dates to customers.
- Participate in customer meetings when requested.

**Team Leadership**
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic approach.
- Offer guidance and coaching to team members.
- Identify training gaps and develop and deliver training to new employees.
- Ensure tasks are delegated evenly and suitably, enhancing the team's productivity.
- Monitor team and individual performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure all team members work harmoniously towards their goals.
- Motivate team members to deliver the desired results.
- Provide up-to-date progress reports to the CSO and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the broader company goals.

- A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to read house plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Eye for detail and ability to complete set tasks in a timely manner.
- A strong work ethic / demonstrate initiative and a team player.
- Eagerness to help-out when required and willingness to learn new things / acquire new skills.
- V6 Knowledge.
