Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries.
Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard.
Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
Qualifications
Customer Focus - Does everything through eyes of the customer.
Drives Results - Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
Develops Talent - Identifies and develops talent to build careers and meet organisational goals.
