Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless operation of the store to achieve optimal results in key performance indicators, sales targets, visual merchandising, stock levels, workforce control, and asset protection.
  • Motivating the team to excel in key performance indicators & added value objectives across multiple stores.
  • Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Efficiently managing workforce costs in store, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to the team to maintain high morale and encourage individual growth, ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
  • Ensuring effective Occupational Health and Safety management and adherence to national legislation.
