This is an exciting opportunity for you to put your sales skills to the test and have the ability to achieve potential earnings over $80,000 with top performers earning over $150,000

**Job Description** Being part of the team means**:

- ** Unlimited earnings**: Start on a $50,500 base, after 6 months move to 52k+ super, with uncapped commissions paid fortnightly and realistic sales targets, first year easily earning an OTE of $80k+. Our high performers are earning closer to $150k

**What you'll do**:

- You will make outbound calls to existing Business customers where you will provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle
- Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
- Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances

- Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking skills (You will need to navigate multiple systems while on the phone)
