We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join a client's team located in Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**
- Keeping client records up to date and ensuring all documentation is organised prior to client meetings
- Building and maintaining Client relationships
- First point of contact for clients queries, providing exponential customer service
- Assist Financial planners in day to day tasks
- Liaise with stakeholders and product providers
- Conduct ad hoc duties as required

**About you**
You are currently working as a Client Service Officer or Manager and posses the following:

- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional analytic, organisational and basic computer skills
- DFP/RG146 qualification is preferred but not essential
- XPlan knowledge and experience
- Provides a high level of service and drive
