In this broad, hands-on role, you'll be the face of our business—supporting customers, managing front-of-house duties, and ensuring smooth office operations.
With just two full-time staff in the office, a sales rep visiting twice a week, and part-time admin support on Thursdays and Fridays, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to "jump in and do everything".
Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming visitors, managing the showroom, and answering phones.Handling a wide range of customer enquiries and providing product and service information.Preparing job sheets, processing quotes and orders, and ensuring all paperwork is order-ready.Assisting with basic estimating and supporting the sales process.General office admin, including accounts support and maintaining records.Engaging with architects, builders, and other industry professionals.Identifying ways to streamline office and customer service processes.About YouYou're a proactive, adaptable all-rounder who thrives in a small, close-knit team.
You have:Previous experience in a customer-facing or office admin role (ideally in building products, windows, or glass).
A technically minded approach, with any understanding of building products or the building process highly regarded.Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers, architects, and industry professionals.Strong systems skills (ERP/CRM and MS Office Suite).
A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business and support your teammates.Attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What's On OfferWe'll provide full training and ongoing support from an experienced team.
