**The Role**

As the Data and BI Lead, you will be responsible for successful operation of data analytics, reporting & BI Solutions across the organisation. You will work closely with vendors and senior ICT leads to help the business through a digital data transformation. You will also plan, organise, direct, and provide continuous improvements in accordance with business and technology strategies and priorities

**Some Key responsibilities will include**:

- Work with the business-units and executive leadership on the use of Business Intelligence technologies to enable effective decision making and access to insights
- Providing technical and strategic leadership in designing, delivering, and supporting business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, data services and implementing improvements to optimise the use of data
- Promoting and embedding secure data governance practices across the organisation
- Work with internal team members and vendor partners to effectively maintain existing Data and BI solutions including ensuring solutions are upgraded and changes and fixes meet QA requirements
- Identification and delivery of new high value reporting solutions driving business and process improvements.

- Have led a team of internal and external resources to deliver and support Dat and BI solutions
- Experience managing a number of support vendors to deliver to SLAs and stated outcomes
- Previous management of BI and Data solutions including integration platforms
- Experience building report / dashboard interfaces and data modelling
- Comfortable explaining technical requirement to non-technical stakeholders
- SAP Business Intelligence certification would be advantageous
