OverviewOur client, a leading FMCG business, has recently implemented Power BI and is looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to support its integration and help build out a comprehensive suite of reports.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of FP&A as well as the full suite of Senior leaders to play a key role in shaping reporting and analytics across the business.The RoleThe client is embarking on a significant reporting uplift project, moving to Power BI.
The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing a large suite of reports across all business areas including finance, sales, and operations.Building new reports and dashboards in Power BIReplicating and uplifting existing reports in Power BIWorking closely with the Head of FP&A to prioritise and deliver reporting requirementsSupporting the move from daily data refreshes to near real-time updatesDesigning reports that incorporate internal business data, with future scope for customer / external dataIntegrating third-party plugins such as Google, Facebook & Instagram advertisingApplying DAX to enhance data models and calculationsDelivering insights that support decision-making across finance, sales, and operationsAbout YouStrong experience in Power BI report development (including DAX and data modelling)Strong understanding and a background in accounting or finance is requiredExperience with Snowflake or other data warehouse environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systemsAbility to translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutionsStrong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experienceWhy This Role?
