Responsibilities
Manage product-based planning, risk management, reporting and program closure, and analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages.
Ensure program management projects and products are managed in accordance with best practice guidelines and Queensland Health formal project management approach and methodologies to enable the achievement of consistent and quality program outcomes.
Manage, monitor and report on program-related trends and performance against program plans and schedules.
Role fit
Demonstrated experience in a large scale, complex project environment, including product-based planning, risk management, reporting and project closure, and an ability to analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages.
High level knowledge and application of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to provide expert advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, planning methodologies and scheduling tools within projects and Project Management Offices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change.
