**About the role**:
Assist with the efficient delivery of administration and finance functions for Community Services' hubs and services. Support the Hub Leader and team in the delivery of services which meet client needs and the quality of service is recognised as setting industry standards.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in office administration/finance
- Proficiency in computer skills including use of programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure particularly when responding to people who may exhibit difficult behaviours or have poor communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based programs)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi task
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity in the treatment of confidential information
- Willingness and ability to work alongside people who have experienced disadvantage and marginalisation
- Ability to travel within NSW and ACT including occasional overnight stay or short period of time away from home
