Job Title: Hub Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our administration and finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient delivery of services to clients.

About the Role:
  • Assist with the delivery of administration and finance functions for Community Services' hubs and services.
  • Support the Hub Leader and team in delivering services that meet client needs and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • You will have demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in office administration/finance.
  • You will be proficient in computer skills, including use of programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • You will have strong numeracy skills with the ability to complete banking and reconciliations.
  • You will demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work.
  • You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • You will have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based programs.
  • You will have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You will be able to meet deadlines and multitask.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
  • You will be aware of and sensitive to the treatment of confidential information.
  • You will be willing and able to work alongside people who have experienced disadvantage and marginalisation.
  • You will be able to travel within NSW and ACT, including occasional overnight stays or short periods away from home.
