As **Contract Guarantees Manager**, you will be pivotal in ensuring all contractual remedies (Guarantees, Rebates etc) are claimed in a timely manner through the suppliers. This role will take ownership of this contractual scope and ensure the reporting of KPIs, Technical/ Utilization data and other requirements are communicated to the suppliers and seller in a responsible timely manner. This role will support the Engineering portfolio and manage commodities relating to our A320 and 787 fleet.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment while ensuring operational outcomes are achieved. With a proven track record for delivering success, you will be a strategically astute individual with strong business and commercial acumen.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Review all supplier and seller contracts to ensure all contractual remedies are captured and reporting requirements understood.
- Review internal engineering and financial data to capture reporting parameters and other obligations.
- Setup automated processes to deliver a reporting system required to report data to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Work with cross functional groups to build strong systems of reporting and awareness to ensure smooth capture of regular deliverables.
- Ensure all claims are made in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain open and transparent relationships with business colleagues, vendors and senior management.
- Provide expert advice to senior management and the Jetstar CAMO & AMO

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in management of supplier performance.
- Strong business acumen and experienced in commercial negotiation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and resilience to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach to work.
- Flexibility to travel as required domestically and internationally.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred with an emphasis on a business, finance or engineering related discipline.
- Experience in setting up data-oriented systems and processes.
