Contract management is a vital function that ensures the smooth execution of sales agreements. As a contract manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and reviewing to negotiating and executing agreements with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Contracts: Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation, guaranteeing seamless coordination between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses, and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Contract Repository: Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies, promoting efficient collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and regulations.
  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong commercial business acumen, and sound judgment.
