We are seeking an outgoing, bubbly and fluent Salon Assistant with a passion for beauty and design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments, complaints and upselling products or add-ons.
- Support our nail artists with day-to-day coordination, keeping the workflow smooth and on schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, salon and waiting area.
- Answer phone calls, direct enquiries, and handle messages with a high level of professionalism.
- Work closely with the team to manage walk-ins, waitlists, and client expectations.
- Assist in social media bookings or DMs if needed (basic knowledge a plus).

**Requirements**:

- Valid Visa 12 months minimum or Australian Citizen is a MUST.
- Strong and fluent English.
- 4 shifts minimum, including 1 day in the weekends.
- Prior experience in a client facing venue such as salon, spa, or hospitality reception role is preferred.
- Confident with online booking systems and technology - fast learner and detail-oriented.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, calming personality.
- Strong multitasking ability and grace under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and takes pride in delivering five-star client service.
- Team player attitude — ready to lend a hand to the nail artists when needed.
