Job Overview
This role involves fostering relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive cloud adoption and promote their ability to be cloud advocates.
Main Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to drive business outcomes by collaborating with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale.
Conduct architectural design sessions to develop plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and their technical environment.
Analyze issues blocking the go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Data and Analytics technical expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.
Technical Certification in Cloud.
