We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement activities required to meet the purchasing requirements of various company departments and related businesses.
About the Role:- Validating and processing invoices as part of the procure to pay process
- Managing vendor queries to resolve issues efficiently
- Communicating and negotiating with new and existing vendors in relation to payment terms and other vendor portfolio requirements
- Managing high-volume shared email inbox
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in relation to all vendor payment queries
- Understanding of the general "procure to pay" process
- Experience using Pronto or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook and workflow tools
- Experience and training in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounts Payable
- Related tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Engineering (advantageous)
