Job Title: Donor Support Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity of online marketing and fundraising databases, generating invoices and receipts, handling phone calls and transactions, checking payments compliance, processing financial transactions, and uploading digital content on websites.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IMIS or similar CRM systems, as well as proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data integrity checks to maintain precision of data
  • Generate and issue invoices and receipts
  • Handle phone calls and do over the phone transactions
  • Check payments meet current compliance legislation and requirements
  • Process financial transactions through the iMIS database system
  • Upload and edit digital content on websites

Requirements:

  • Experience with IMIS or similar CRM
  • Experience with Kentico or similar CMS
  • Absolute attention to detail
  • Maturity and reliability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and customer service skills
