Career Opportunity: CRM Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the quality and integrity of our CRM data. This is a contract role on a full-time basis, working closely with our Member Fulfillment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively review, update and standardise CRM records using Microsoft Dynamics. Strong communication skills and experience in database management or similar systems are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update and validate CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify or complete missing data
  • Support data quality checks and assist with reporting and documentation
