Customer Success Manager Tech Saas Hybrid

$90k + S + 10K bonus (paid quarterly)
- 1 day per week in the office
- Dealing solely with Tradies - very high transacting
**The client**
Our client is a
***fully-featured business management system that enables residential construction and trades businesses to manage their operations from a desktop or mobile device and connect to their accounting package.
**Your role**
You'll be responsible for building strong and long lasting relationships with existing clients.
**Main responsibilities**
- Managing around 250+ SMB accounts in ANZ and serving as their first point of contact.
- Nurturing working relationships with existing clients throughout the customer lifecycle with a priority focus on new customers within their first 180 days.
- Work closely with the Support Team to provide holistic support to existing clients.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers by identifying value areas to improve the customer journey eg. positioning of training programmes/upsell to additional products & services
**Package**
- $90k + S + 10K Bonus paid quarterly
- Flexible working conditions (hybrid)
**Requirements**:
1+ years with relevant customer-facing experience in a B2B customer success or a relationship management role, ideally from one of the following industries: SAAS, cloud, workforce management, HR or time & attendance.
