An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Our GP Complex Ascot.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
Managing nursing and reception staff
Staff training and inductions
Managing reception duties
Running regular operational and clinical practice meetings (setting agendas and taking minutes)
Managing reminders, recalls, and patient complaints according to company policy (RACGP 5th Edition)
Handling Medicare batching, debtors, invoicing, and banking schedules
Identifying processes and opportunities for improvement
Troubleshooting IT issues and engaging third-party providers
Experience & Attributes:
Minimum of 2 years of practice management experience in a general practice setting
Thorough knowledge of Best Practice and Hotdocs
Knowledge of Cubiko is advantageous
Understanding of Cold Chain Management
Basic knowledge of accounting processes
Ability to process doctors' pay (advantageous)
Positive attitude: "No issue/problem is too big to solve"
Applicants must undergo a Working with Children Check and hold a non-restricted visa for Australia/NZ
