**Permanent full-time position**:

- **Provide quality, relevant, and insightful analysis on the Expense and FTE financial performance for Suncorp Group**:

- **Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne** CBD location / hybrid WFH**

This crucial role will see you providing management accounting (including budget, expense management and forecasting) and Benefits management for the Insurance project portfolio.

**What you'll do**:

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform month end duties
- Validate and report project generated Benefits
- Collaborate with other Finance and Enterprise Delivery leaders, team members, and stakeholders to deliver standardised reporting and performance management insights
- Understand the information and analytical needs of key stakeholders (predominately Tribe Delivery Leads, Business Owners, and Senior Management)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers and trends that supports delivery finance reporting

**What you'll bring**:

- CPA or CA active membership
- 5+ years' experience within a financial services or insurance organisation
- Experience in analysis and executive reporting including Power BI
- Experience in a finance role in a medium or large financial services organisation
- Proven track record in managing relationships based on mutual trust and respect
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
