About Your Role: As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), AIN IV, or Registered Nurse (RN) with H1 Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients across diverse settings, including aged care facilities, group homes, and community environments.

Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate care and support to clients in residential, community, or home environments.Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal care, mobility, and hygiene.Administer medication (AIN IV and RN only) and perform clinical assessments.Support clients with complex care needs and behaviors of concern.Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care plans.
Requirements AIN: Minimum 6 months experience in a healthcare support role.
Experience with ADLs, manual handling, and assisting clients with disabilities.
AIN IV: All AIN requirements plus Cert IV - administration of medication experience and competency.
RN: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical skills with experience in aged care, disability support, or community healthcare.
All Roles: NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Up-to-Date Covid and Flu Vaccinations Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification.
