Job Title: Casual Aged Care Professional

We are seeking experienced and passionate Aged Care professionals to join our team in various facilities across Metro Sydney. As a casual aged care professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing high-quality care to residents.

  • Providing person-centered care to residents with complex needs;
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans;
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for residents;
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care;
  • Full working rights in Australia;
  • 6 months paid experience working as an AIN in Australian Residential Aged Care;
  • Genuine passion for providing the best care to residents.
