Senior Rates Trading Specialist

About Our Rates Trading Role
We are seeking an experienced rates trader to join our team, responsible for managing risk on trading positions and achieving individual and team profit/loss targets.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of rates products and experience trading across the suite of rates products. They will be responsible for pricing and solutions to clients and financial institutions across the Global Markets product set.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
CFA candidacy or Master's degree
Solid understanding of rates products, particularly ACGBs
Experience trading across the suite of rates products
A strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
Critical and independent thinking
Fluent English - written and oral
Key Responsibilities
This role requires effective management of risk on trading positions and achievement of individual and team P/L targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing pricing and solutions to clients and financial institutions across the Global Markets product set.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have a solid understanding of rates products, experience trading across the suite of rates products and a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
