About The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will support the daily operations of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
Other ad hoc office duties as required
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administration or office support role with 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
