We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Office Allrounder. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including rostering, data entry, and clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the disability sector and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work closely with our clinical care team, care coordination, and HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Rostering duties include daily management of participant rosters and filling of vacancies
  • Update rostering system, Visual Care, to reflect changes in participant rosters
  • Record all changes to shifts and produce a timely report for distribution to the Operations Manager and Care Coordinators
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents by providing support and advice as per Ability Plus Policy and Procedure

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also complete ad hoc administration tasks such as:

  • Supporting staff regarding compliance items that may be expired or close to expiry
  • Data entry on Visual Care and coordination with Care Coordination and Clinical Team
  • Support the HR Team with various stages of the HR processes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a disability sector with a sound knowledge of rostering and admin practices and duties
  • Experience working in the Disability/Health industry desirable
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability working in a fast paced highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in developing efficient systems and processes
Licences and Screening Requirements:
  • A current Drivers Licence
  • A Working With Children Check
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Minimum two professional referee checks
  • COVID vaccination
