About the role and youWe're hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our software engineering organization and Forward Deployed AI Engineering team, in Sydney, Australia, the US and London.You'll own end-to-end hiring for all technical roles.
You'll partner closely with the leadership team to help us build a high-talent team and deliver world-class candidate experiences.This is a mid-level role for someone who's comfortable running point on multiple searches at once, and who knows how to operate autonomously, strategically, and inclusively.What you'll doRun full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across functions and levelsPartner with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and build effective processesSource and help close high-caliber talent, particularly in the Sydney marketDeliver great candidate experiences with timely comms, clarity, and contextPartner with the leadership team to refine our employer brandKeep pipelines and systems clean and up to date (we use Ashby)Collaborate with and coach interviewers and hiring managers as neededThe right candidateWe're looking for someone who gets excited about employer branding, candidate experience, and building teams that last through the highs and lows of growth.
